Is the trolley much larger or much smaller than you imagined, or did the colour look completely different on the screen? These things can happen, and we understand that you may want to cancel your purchase in such cases.
You therefore have two weeks after receiving the goods to contact us to exchange it for a more suitable product or to return it. Please enter your return or exchange request directly in your customer account.
Please understand that we can only accept returns of products in new condition that we can resell.

Terms and conditions for Exchanges and Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase under the following conditions:
- The item in question (1) is still in its original condition, (2) shows no signs of use (especially the wheels), (3) is clean (4) and the product labels are still attached.
- For products with product-specific packaging (especially Bike&Easy products), the above points 1-3 also apply to the packaging.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods, which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
How to proceed
- Log in to your customer account with your e-mail address: https://account.shopping-trolley.ch/. You will see your orders there. You can request a return here up to 14 days after purchase. Please state the reason for the return.
- You will then receive a return label from us by email. Download the return label and print it out.
- Pack the items you want to return in a cardboard box together with a printout of the order confirmation email. For example, you can use the cardboard box we sent you the order in.
- Stick the return label to the bottom right of the cardboard box.
- Hand over the cardboard box to Swiss Post.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will check the goods and refund the purchase price, minus the return shipping costs and any repair costs. The refund will be made using the same method you used to pay. If you used the ‘purchase on account’ payment method, the Powerpay refund process will apply (https://support.powerpay.ch/hc/de/articles/360022838554-Was-passiert-wenn-Ich-meine-Bestellung-retourniere).
On request, we can issue you with a credit note in our online shop instead of a refund.
If the condition of the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the repair costs incurred to restore the item to a saleable condition (up to a maximum of the original sale price).

Warranty claims
You have a 2-year warranty on all products and a 3-year warranty on Andersen and Carlett products. Details of our warranty services can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Procedure
Send an email with a brief, detailed description of the damage and some clear photos of the damage to kontakt@shopping-trolley.ch. Be sure to include your order number or, ideally, attach your proof of purchase. For purchases made before 1 January 2024, we require either the proof of purchase or the email with the order confirmation.
