Private individuals and companies registered in the commercial register: purchase on invoice with Powerpay

For private individuals and companies with an entry in the commercial register, we offer payment by invoice including the option of payment by instalments. Payment is processed in cooperation with our partner Powerpay (www.powerpay.ch). Simply select the «Invoice» option in the payment options.

When a purchase agreement is made, Powerpay takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are agreeing to our GTC as well as to Powerpay’s GTC (https://www.powerpay.ch/en/agb).

How does the purchase on account with Powerpay work?

Select «Invoice» from the payment options and follow the next steps of the payment process.

After you have completed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. In this e-mail, the payment method is noted as follows: «Payment: W | pay by invoice».

Shortly afterwards you will receive an e-mail from Powerpay with the invoice as a PDF, sent from the sender's address no-reply@billing.powerpay.ch.

If you have not received the invoice within approx. 20 minutes, please check your spam folder first and add the sender address no-reply@billing.powerpay.ch to your contacts. If you have not received an email invoice from Powerpay, please contact Powerpay directly: info@powerpay.ch.

What to do if the purchase on invoice does not work?

Private individuals: Make sure that the field «Company» in the billing address you have provided is empty.

Companies: The company must be registered in the commercial register for the system to accept purchases on invoice. (If the company is not registered in the commercial register, you can use the option described below.)

If the system still does not accept purchase on invoice, you can find further help on the Powerpay website: https://services.mfgroup.ch/en/purchase-by-invoice-not-possible.

 

Organisations without an entry in the commercial register

Institutions, organisations and companies that are not entered in the commercial register (e.g. public administrations, schools) can still shop with us on invoice. Send us your product request by e-mail to kontakt@shopping-trolley.ch and we will send you an invoice by e-mail.

With this option, we only deliver against prepayment. However, we can make exceptions for public organisations and in urgent cases.
