How much are the shipping costs?

For orders of CHF 99.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

For orders below that amount, the following rates apply:

  • Order value under CHF 25.00: minimum quantity surcharge CHF 6.00 + shipping costs CHF 9.00 = total CHF 15.00
  • Order value under CHF 99.00: Shipping costs CHF 9.00

How can I pay?

You can pay with various major debit and credit cards, as well as Twint, PostFinance, and PayPal. We also offer purchase on account through our partner Powerpay.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times are as follows:

  • Carlett products: 1–2 business days
  • Andersen products: 2–5 business days
  • Replacement parts that must be ordered separately: 2–4 weeks

What is the return policy?
How long is the warranty period?

All Andersen and Carlett products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Kokoté products have a 5-year warranty.
